Problem:
Unable to get colinux-daemon.exe to run from the 20040424-2 snapshot on 
a Win2K box:

Cooperative Linux Daemon, 0.6.1
Compiled on Sat Apr 24 22:31:37 2004

daemon: driver is installed
daemon: cannot open driver

Solution:
A previous installation of colinux installed but did not remove the 
driver service (kernel driver?) when it finished.  Steps to resolve the 
problem:
  - make sure 20040424-2 is installed
  - open a command prompt (cmd.exe) and cd to the folder where colinux 
is installed
  - run "colinux-daemon --remove-driver"
  - exit cmd
  - run "colinux-deamon" as you normally would.
