I have the following two new patches for master available at

http://github.com/pvreman/cobbler/commits/master/.

These patches are needed to keep cobbler working on RHEL4.x

+ 873b21010c642919a6140ef90f6d60659a1fbfd5 preserve cobbler_web.conf in devinstall

RHEL4.x requires a patch to cobbler_web.conf, this patch prevents a 'make devinstall' \
to override to the patch

+ b90ced15f275c3f0e05d510d1a73046b09b297cd remove none from interface dict

RHEL4.x xmlrpc still requires stripping of None when sending dictionaries even with \
allow_none=True
