Hi Jon,
Yes, BQ is a DNS/hosting/email GUI ( control panel ) that was originally
developed by Sun and then they EOL there Sun/Cobalt servers releasing
the GUI to OpenSource. This is where a group out of Japan
http://bluequartz.org/ developed it to work on newer platforms
