Try http://www.perl.org/CPAN for this and anything else related to Perl.
The module you want is libwww-perl-5.46.tar.gz.  I think there are some
other prerequisites, but can't remember what they are.  The first
installation stage (after unpacking the tarball) -- perl Makefile.PL -- will
give you a list of the other modules needed (some of which are already
installed on the RaQ2).
