There's nothing special about them.  I just point them to the correct log 
file  (or ....logs/* to combine all log files in that directory) for that 
site, and have the filter set to "Include all activity".  Those files should 
not contain information about the other domains, AFAIK.  Have you manually 
tweaked your configuration?
