The Qube itself has nothing in gui terms, you may give 
http://squidlog.sourceforge.net/ or 
http://www.aplawrence.com/Unix/squidlog.html
a try. 

I didnt try them on the qube, but since the logs are standard, it should
be failry straightforward.
