Greetings Cobalt Developers!

A new technical note on a generic service control interface for 
toggling a daemon is now available at 
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/developer/TechNotes/DTN11-0-2.pdf
This note explains how to create a generic service control for 
enabling and disabling a daemon for the RaQ 3, 4, or XTR.
