I have one of these instruments myself (just checking it's not gone 
walkabout, since I am fairly near Surrey...). It's an excellent device if 
you need to test semiconductors (diodes, transistors, FETs, etc). It is 
large (about the size of a 500 series 'scope) and heavy. And it contains 
valves.

I am not making an offer (I can't house a second one!), but having 
rescued 2 of these instruments and got them to good homes, I would 
consider that a fair offer would be a few 10's of pounds for a working 
one. A little more if there's the (excellent) manual with it.
