  Yes and no.  'radiusd' NEVER drops users.  It can't.  The RADIUS
protocol does not allow it.

  BUT the 'Login-Time' attribute tells radiusd to send a
'Session-Time' attribute to the NAS.  If the NAS works properly, it
should use that Session-Time to log the user off at 7 pm.
