I don't understand this question. Radiusd has no influence over the fact
whether the library will use .db or .dir&p.pag; that solely depends on
the implementation of the db library on your system.

Well how do you manage the .dir&.pag files then? You should do that with
builddbm, which uses the exact same library routines as radiusd.

Unless you are using a very old builddbm from another radius or something
