  Or ipchains in Linux 2.2.  Nice.  e.g. Continue-With-Rule = "RULE-22"

  The only caveat I'd add is that the 'goto' MUST be restricted to
being a forward jump only.  If not, you get loops, and all hell breaks
loose.
