Hello all ,

I set up Call screening in CUC using following steps :

1. set up a call handler with no greeting and after greeting goes to the

2. updated the transfer rule to supervise transfer and transfer calls to
extension that would need the call screened

when i call in now , callers here " whom am i say is calling " once the the
call is delivered to the called party he can select 1 and call gets
connected successfully however if the called party presses 2 to send the
call to voicemail box , the calling party still hears " whom am i say is
calling " and not the voicemail box greeting .

what am I missing here ? please advise
