This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

Greetings,

Mostly this one problem UCCx app rings agent phones in order from expert
to beginner as designed. It's been in production for a few weeks, and
twice now it starts ringing all the phones at once. Twice now I've gone
into CRS Admin and clicked around looking for something I
missed/configured wrong. I don't find anything but instead of
cancelling or going back, I save or update, or I change something save,
put it back, and save again.

Whether it's my fumbling around or not, it's fixed itself both times.
Now it's happened a 3rd time.

Any ideas how to find out what is really going on?

Thanks

jeff
