Hello,

Actually, it is a totally reinstallation and reconfiguration from
scratch. You have to rebuild everything in IPCC from scratch. 

Prior to this, you should upgrade UCCX to 4.0(5) if you want to migrate
your Historical Reporting data since the tool Cisco provides for that
works only with IPCC 4.0(5) and later.

Upgrading UCCX 4.0.3 to 5.0.2 (ucm is going to 6.1.3).  Do I Install  
New CRS 5.x then Run BARS to Restore Previous Configurations?

Anybody with a have Experience here?
