I have a menu option in a new script under UCCX 4.5. When I press any
menu option such as 1 or 2 or etc I get "Please try again" from UCCX,
like it doesn't understand my dtmf tones? I did flash the input
buffer...

I know with Unity it requires dtmf alphanumeric, what does UCCX require?
Our Unity Connection 2.0 is working fine with DTMF, just UCCX 4-5
doesn't recognize the prompts.

Show run | begin mgcp

mgcp

mgcp call-agent 172.16.8.21 service-type mgcp version 0.1

mgcp dtmf-relay voip codec all mode cisco

no mgcp timer receive-rtcp

mgcp bind control source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0

mgcp bind media source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0
