To my knowledge, there are currently no video MCU's (or video endpoints 
with built-in MCU capabilities) that can completely integrate with 
CallManager (meaning appearing as a valid media resource) with the 
exception of the cisco MCU.  Codian has shown a demo of this 
functionality, but has not slated it for release yet.

That said, the Cisco MCU is completely lacking when compared to the 
other products available on the market, but that's just my opinion :)
