MessageWell, I know that we have a timed database export to a seperate win2000 server \
and then run some unix style tools to change the epoch(?) time stamp to julian \
time/date. After that, it's pretty much available for whatever you want to do with \
it. We only extract certain columns during the process. I have to investigate this \
process and see what's required to get things working with the Cisco FAC/CMC so once \
I do that, I can post more information to the list.

Does anyone have any tools for analysing CDR reports from a Call Manager?
I'm looking for some basic things to turn CDR into an Excel spreadsheet without me \
having to reinvent the wheel on the format of a spreadsheet
that 'organizes' the info.. I'm sure someone 's already done this -
I'm talking about what you get as a text file when you "send" a report out of the \
CDR webpages on a CM.
