We had this,problem. Updating the phone load fixed it but I don't
remember what version we had to go to since it was a long time ago and
we are not on CCM 3.3.4

Hello Team,
I am using CCM 3.1, 7960 IP phone delays switching voice from the
speaker to the handset when I pick it up, about 10 to 15 seconds, and
sometimes loses the call, I don't know why?
Anyone can explain this?
