One of the limitations of Frame Relay (any vendor's Frame Relay) is that all
PVC's must fit within a single LMI update.
It may be that you've got more PVC's than will fit. Try increasing the MTU.
(Then again, this may not be it at all)

Subject: [nsp] Frame circuit losing LMI with ~350 PVCs
Hi,
Can anyone confirm/deny the following symptoms:
-PA-4T, T1 on a serial port running FR to an ATM switch doing FR emu.
-at about 350 PVCs, LMI drops
-'sh int' shows lots of interface resets, input errors, and giants
-backing off to about 320 PVCs brings LMI back
-ATM switch on the other end is Stratacom BPX
-seen on 11.x, 12.x IOS
Thanks,
Charles
