This should be straigt forward.

Configure the trunk towards the 9k via Trunk EFP [1] and the port
as per [2].

Config should look like this:

! slvans:
bridge-domain 1-5, 7, 9-12
!
interface gigabitethernet2/0/1
 descr Trunk to ASR9k
 service instance trunk 1 ethernet
  encapsulation dot1q 1 - 5, 7, 9 - 12  
  rewrite ingress tag pop 1 symmetric  
  bridge-domain from-encapsulation 
  !
!
interface gigabitethernet2/0/2
 descr Customer C-vlan range 100-200 in S-vlan 5
 service instance 5 Ethernet 
  encapsulation dot1q 100-200
  bridge-domain 5
