I simply use multiple options files (options.cmu, options.lt,
options.io, named for the organization at the remote endpoint) and
invoke ciped-cb appropriately (ciped-cb -o options.cmu).  But note
that I compile CIPE from source and don't use /etc/sysconfig for it.

Depending on how & when you invoke ciped-cb, you may need to add a few
more alias lines to conf.modules, for cipcbN beyond 0.
