I can't seem to get cipe running on eiger disk.  I am using ciped-e.lrp from
Charles' site.  I set everything up, but it still does not find a cipcb0 or
cipcb1 device.  When I type ip link it doesn't list any cipe devices.
When I run the ip-up script manually with options.cipcb0 or options.cipcb1
it tells me it can't find the device.  Any ideas?
