hi.
still hanging up on cipe with no success.

When u use multiple cipe interfaces, what do u need to do, to make it
work?
Do I have to change something in /etc/modules.conf?
Till now i have
alias cipcb0 cipcb
alias cipcb1 cipcb
options cipcb cipe_debug=3

Do I need a new ethernet card?
Till now I have
eth0 for the internal net
eth1 for the internet

----------------------------------------

And what does it mean:
cipcb1: real src 10.A.A.A dst 10.C.C.C len 89
cipcb1: returning 112 flags 35314
cipcb: sa=C38F....... da=C38FC...... us=Port1 ud=Port1 ul=112?

----------------------------------------

tcpdump -i cipcb0 host PTPADDR
with ping from A to C
shows from machine A
Uhrzeit.830233 my.domain.de > 10.C.C.C. icmp: echo request
.....
.....
....
....
sooo many times, but just echo request.

and from machine C
Uhrzeit.394857 10.A.A.A > 10.C.C.C: icmp: echo request
Uhrzeit.394999 10.C.C.C > 10.A.A.A: icmp: echo reply
......
......
and so on.

As I already wrote
iptraf shows
ICMP echo request from 10.A.A.A to 10.C.C.C on eth0
UDP from AAA.AAA.AAA.AAA:Port1 to CCC.CCC.CCC.CCC:Port1 on eth1
ICMP dest unreach (host) from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX to AAA.AAA.AAA.AAA on eth1

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is part of the e-bone of the net through which C is
connected to the internet, its sys administrator means.... C does no
routing on its X machine!!!!
So how does iptraf see it?

Do I need a new brain?

Heeeelp.
Manu.
