I've added this schema, based on the clarified licence from Craig Shank, to Samba4's \
sources.

You will note that at the top of the file is the licence in the form of a comment (to \
ensure these special terms are not lost).

Can we please get updates in this (slightly modified from your original) format into \
the future?  My plan is simply to process this file directly into the database as \
part of our provision script, so format consistency is important.
