Yup that was it.  Added AcceptPathInfo on to /etc/httpd/conf.d/php.conf,
restarted Apache and it works.

You're probably using Apache2, it doesn't have PATH_INFO turned on, and you
told
Chora to use PATH_INFO. Change one of those two.
