Build Update for cgmanager/cgmanager
-------------------------------------

Build: #81
Status: Still Failing

Duration: 1 minute and 17 seconds
Commit: 5507c34 (master)
Author: Serge Hallyn
Message: compute_pid_cgroup: fix potential use of uninitialized cg

Initialize it to "", as that is the proper value if we pass in an
absolute path.

Also always compute the full cgroup depth in compute_pid_cgroup,
as that simply makes more sense.
