This is to announce the first (hopefully only) release candidate for
C::A::Dispatch version 2. It is fully featured and has been tested for
normal CGI, mod_perl 1.x and mod_perl 2.x.

If you're already using version, please download it and try it with your
applications to make sure they continue to work as before. If you
haven't tried it yet, please do since the API will be identical when
version 2 is official.

This release represents a lot of hard work by Mark Stosberg, Viacheslav
Sheveliov and myself.
