Hi Roy

I'm going to reply to you off list as I've knocked up some test code which sets
a cookie via a redirect header and then displays the data from it. I have tested
this on my local box running IIS and it works fine. (IIS is basically out of the
box with a cgi-bin dir configured).

I didn't want to flood the list with my code. If anyone else would like to see
it feel free to drop me a mail.
