Hi all,

Is there any way to make a form from referrer X submitting to referrer Y
masquerade as coming from referrer Y?

I'm trying to aggregate gov't info from all 50 states, and some of them
appear to have restrictions on the referrers they'll accept. I know I
can create a cgi user agent with LWP that masquerades as coming from an
accepted referrer, but I'm wondering if I could save that step, and have
the form do the masquerading...

Thanks,
Ann
