I'm having to convert a lot of ascii(sort of) files created on IMACS to
html pages....the real problem for me is stupid stuff like
` ` as a leading quote and ' ' as a close, instead of something simple
like "
In addition, the MAC has a habit of creating stuff with consistant
machine code instead of " or '
Looking for a simple script that would let me process the MAC text files,
replacing the MAC specific stuff with regular characters.
I'd post the characters here....but I can't paste them into pine
