Ok, guys. A clients server is getting tremendous
errors on a site running my perl scripts. These
are the familar "Internal Server Error" messages.

Checking "tail" and "top" the server is not getting
overloaded, but just barfs about 50% of the time.
The complaint is "Cannot spawn child process".

The "child" process, I am assuming, is just another
www request to perl for a script to run. I don't
think I am doing anything funny/fancy to cause the
problem.

Being that I am not in control of the server, though
I have some access, I need to know what to tell the
guy that runs it, cause he has no clue.

Help... Help... Help... ASAP!

Wild guesses and speculative e-mails welcome.
