I have not been subscribed to this list and I did not see these minutes
before. I have a correction though: 
change "Hugo indicated that he had originally written the I-D" to 
"Hugo indicated that the I-D was originally written". 
It would be certainly unfair for me to say that I wrote the internet draft
when this work was mostly done by other people in the UMAC team
(especially Ted Krovetz). Give credit where credit's due...
