It also doesn't fix the problem that the proposal is to move the -dev
mailing lists but not the -commits mailing lists (and folks have had
some resistance to ever moving -commits to Discourse), so we'll end up
in the same situation of having two different services for an
indeterminate period of time, potentially "forever".
