Hi, sorry, looks like I forgot to reply to this message, even though I 
did add your mirror to the list on that day. Feel free to use 
rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/ as the rsync source for your mirror.

https://mirror-status.centos.org/#il shows that this mirror is currently 
unreachable, but perhaps it's only a temporary problem.
