Hi, the mirror has now been added and you can now rsync from
rsync://eu-msync.centos.org/CentOS/
Just one thing -- which URL do you want to use for your rsync?
rsync://mirrors.virtono.com/files/centos/ is where the files seem to be,
but you had rsync://mirrors.virtono.com/centos/ in your message.
Oh, and there's one more thing: please use the -H option when rsyncing
to preserve hard links. More info at
https://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos-mirror/2018-June/011135.html
Thanks!
