Well, you rsync doesn't list which target/module to sync from ;-) :

rsync://eu-msync.centos.org
vs
rsync://eu-msync.centos.org/CentOS/  (or eu-msync.centos.org::CentOS ,
as mentioned on the wiki page too  -
http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors)
