The work between ELRepo and Red Hat/CentOS mentioned by Jim is ongoing
and there are some driver update disks (DUDs) in place here:

https://elrepo.org/linux/dud/el8/x86_64/

Your hardware may be supported by one of them. Can you check your
controller's device IDs as shown by 'lspci -nn' ?
