Currently with the (CQL)BulkOutputFormat, we write sstables out to disk before \
streaming them to nodes in the ring.  An obvious optimization would be to write them \
to the network directly.  If this were a reusable piece, it would be nice to use this \
for a bulk output piece for the Spark integration as well.
