Discussed this on irc with Jonathan Ellis, it turns out the ServerTest class he was \
referring to gets the directories we need to create from DatabaseDescriptor. That \
class have a huge static block that amongst other things try to write to the \
directories we create in the build.xml file. So it's quite tricky to create them in \
ServerTest right now, we decided to leave it in the build.xml for now until we can \
untangle some of the staticness in Cassandra.
