Yes I noticed. 5.9 is much for conservative such as OS vendors / hardware platforms.
Yet, I meant the pattern - it is not uncommon that people bump more than to 5.9. Doing so just because, say, "Qt 5.11 works on my desktop" is not optimal approach.
