Hi, 

I would like to add the attached patch to the 2.4 release. It dedicates this release \
of Krita to the memory of Jean Giraud, who died last Saturday.

    Dedicate Krita 2.4 to the memory of Moebius
    
    Three people on #krita had the same idea at the same time -- to dedicate
    Krita to Moebius, so let's just do that. It adds one translated string
    to 2.4.
