Hi Radek,
Do you mean line spacing in paragraph in Words, etc.? It's available
in Paragraph dialog.

Regarding Kexi, besides the endless ideas list on unmaintained on
kexi-project.org wiki (it should be moved to community.kde.org), there
is
[1] http://community.kde.org/Kexi/TODOs page.
Feel free to discuss things and once formulated as WISH or TODO, you
can add description to [1].

There is also big file kexi/doc/dev/TODO-Kexi-js in the source code
tree with 'braindump'.
