cairo 1.9.4 doesn't build on Mac OS X Snow Leopard when I ask for Quartz
support:


cairo-quartz-image-surface.c:62: error: implicit declaration of function
'_cairo_image_surface_create_for_content'



The person who reported the problem to MacPorts suggests changing
cairo_image_surface_create_for_content to
cairo_image_surface_create_with_content, and I can verify that this allows the
port to build, but have not verified whether Quartz support then works.
