cairomm (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/cairo/cairomm) has a
subprojects/cairo.wrap file. I usually don't use it, but let jhbuild
install the latest version of cairo from the git repo. But cairo can be
built as a subproject of cairomm if no suitable version of cairo is
installed.
