Looks like the tar archive at
https://download.gnome.org/sources/= cairo/1.17/cairo-1.17.6.tar.xz are
missing some files. Meson errors out with the following errors when
compiling on Windows(MSVC):

=C2=A0 =C2=A0 =C2=A0 =C2=A0 src\meson.build:263:0: ERROR: File win32/cairo-= dwrite-font-public.c
does not exist.

The snapshot release was don= e with the Autotools build, and it seems there was a slight issue between t= hat and the Meson build.

If you use a Git archive = from the 1.17.6 tag, the files will be there.
