   I have the following scenario:
    IP address : 192.168.1.4 has net-snmp on /opt/net-snmp and i installed
   snmpd package,
   IP address 192.168.1.10 has cacti .
   When i use  on 1.4 :
   /opt/net-snmp/bin/snmpwalk -v 2c -c public localhost system

   But When i use above command on 1.10 , i get the
   root@lvm:/etc/cacti# snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 192.168.1.4 system
   system: Unknown Object Identifier (Sub-id not found: (top) -> system)
   root@lvm:/etc/cacti# snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 192.168.1.4
   Timeout: No Response from 192.168.1.4
   Even when i want to define device on 1.10 , i get the
   SNMP error
