This fixes a bug in dead reckoning that caused the tank to appear to "float" in \
midair for a split second after landing.

Message:
Not really the entirety of the DR bug but a good catch to find. The net
effect of what you fixed is that the tank will now stop when it hits the
ground, not one frame below and snap back. This wasn't a big issue as the
"squish" on landing would hide it.
