Summary: Client-side recording and playback

Initial Comment:
It would be nice to be able to record on the client side, not only on the server \
side, and to be able to play the recording back in the client. That way, if I'm doing \
really good on a particular world, I can start a recording (even if I'm not an \
admin), record until whenever, and then play the recording for all of my friends to \
prove that I'm the best player ever.

Or if someone else is doing good, and I'd like to study their gameplay but I have to \
go somewhere, I could set my computer to record for 20 minutes in observer mode and I \
could watch the recording when I get back.
