Hello,

I think we could log something more interesting than two messages

- "found static lease: 432a8c0" and
- "sending OFFER of 192.168.50.4".

I'd suggest one log message:

- sending [OFFER of|ACK to|etc] 192.168.50.4 (MAC: 11:22:33:44:55:66;
[static|dynamic] lease)

That might be useful for debugging and network administration. What do
you think?
