Betreff: GPL exemption for container images

Is busybox subject to some sort of GPL exception for container images?

There are some that bundle busybox, but explicitly leave it out from
the third-party license list for some reason. The busybox binary
itself still refers to the =93source distribution=94, but of course it is
not entirely clear how you would access that, based on just the
container image.
